Secret Santa is a fun party game that involves buying gifts for a person without revealing your identity.
- Materials required: A wrapped gift purchased by each player.
- Number of People Recommended: At least 8 people.
- Time Required: A few weeks to allow people to purchase gifts.
How Do You Play the Secret Santa Gift Exchange
Everyone needs to get assigned their Secret Santa! A facilitator gathers all players’ names and puts them onto a list. He or she then randomly assigns a name for each person. Then tell each player who their Secret Santa is, along with a price limit (something like $10 is probably a good amount).
Give each person 2 or 3 weeks to purchase a gift up to the price limit. Deliver the gift in secret, or give gifts to other friends to deliver to their secret santa!
